Meckel's diverticulum is the most common congenital malformation of gastrointestinal tract. This a true as it contains all layers intestinal wall. It usually asymptomatic and discovered an incidental finding during surgery for another cause. In adults, its complication rare clinically indistinguishable from appendiceal condition. has risk complications ranging 2 to 40%, frequent being bleeding, obstruction acute abdomen (diverticulitis or diverticular perforation). We present clinical case 21-year-old male with initial diagnosis perforated appendicitis who, upon undergoing exploratory laparoscopy, found diffuse peritonitis secondary perforation. patient underwent laparoscopic resection segment where was located end-to-end enteroanastomosis coupled appendectomy, due presenting intense abdominal pain, cramping/oppressive in lower hemiabdomen, evidence peritoneal irritation, alteration formula white laboratory studies findings suggestive perforation cavity imaging studies.
